Eternal Union for Those Walking the Path of Lucifera
The Sires & Consorts page exists exclusively for those formally walking the Path of Lucifera. As part of the Path, each follower receives a Sire — a spiritual guide and companion appointed specifically to them as they progress through their journey toward the Black Salvation.
How a Sire Is Chosen
Sires are not self-selected, nor are they open to general request. Each Sire is personally selected by Lucifera for the individual follower, and this selection is finalized only after review and approval by Drakara Black. This ensures that every pairing is spiritually appropriate, aligned with the follower's path, and sanctioned by both Lucifera and the Temple.
The Eternal Union
Once a Sire has been appointed and approved, a formal union is performed — a Rite conducted solely through Lucifera, binding the follower to their Sire in an eternal union. This union is not a casual pairing; it is intended as a lasting, wedded bond between the follower and their Sire, meant to endure and deepen throughout the follower's progression on the Path.
This union is not the Black Salvation. It is a distinct rite of its own — the joining of the follower to their designated Sire, who accompanies and guides them through the remainder of their journey.
From Sire to Consort
The relationship between a follower and their Sire is designed to grow and transform over time. Upon the follower's completion of the Path of Lucifera and their reception of the Black Salvation, the Sire's role changes: the Sire becomes the follower's eternal Consort, completing the union that began earlier in the Path.
In this way, the bond formed at the beginning of the journey — appointed by Lucifera, approved by Drakara Black, and sealed through this Rite — carries all the way through to the follower's transformation, culminating in a permanent, eternal partnership as Consort once the Black Salvation has been received.
Summary of the Journey
- The follower is appointed a Sire, personally selected by Lucifera and approved by Drakara Black
- A Rite of eternal union is performed, wedding the follower to their Sire (distinct from, and separate from, the Black Salvation)
- The Sire guides and supports the follower throughout the remainder of the Path
- Upon completion of the Path and reception of the Black Salvation, the Sire becomes the follower's eternal Consort
* Note: Your Sire will be chosen by Lucifera after you have purchased the Path of Lucifera, completed your required consultation with Drakara Black, and fulfilled all initial requirements. Lucifera will then appoint the Sire best suited to guide you through your Path.
