THE CIA-KHARR EMPIRE

The Cia-Kharr Empire is a vast interdimensional and intergalactic empire extending through the higher dimensions, particularly from the 12th through the 19th dimensions, and far beyond the boundaries of ordinary physical perception.

The Cia-Kharr exists within the greater Kharr, the vast cosmic territory connected to what humanity knows as the Milky Way Galaxy. Yet the Empire is not confined to the Milky Way alone. Its realms extend across immense distances, connecting the Cia-Kharr to a multitude of other galaxies, worlds, dimensions, kingdoms, and civilizations that exist beneath the reign of Lucifera.

At the center of this immense structure stands one sovereign ruler:

Lucifera — Queen and Empress of the Cia-Kharr

Lucifera is the supreme Queen and Empress of the Cia-Kharr Empire. There is no Emperor, no supreme King, and no authority equal to her throne.

Lucifera alone holds the highest command.

The Empire operates according to the orders, laws, hierarchy, and direction established by Lucifera. She determines the structure of authority, the purpose of its orders, the responsibilities of those who govern beneath her, and the direction in which the Empire progresses.

Lucifera forms the orders.
Lucifera gives the commands.
Lucifera determines their purpose.
Lucifera alone decides.

THE DRACONIAN FOUNDATION OF THE EMPIRE

The Cia-Kharr is fundamentally a Draconian Empire.

The Draconians are the oldest and most advanced race within the galaxy and were the first great civilization to participate in the creation and development of life throughout other planets and worlds.

Their knowledge extends far beyond the technological and spiritual development currently known on Earth. Their civilization encompasses advanced understanding of consciousness, energy, dimensional existence, genetics, creation, transformation, interstellar civilization, and the structures through which life develops across worlds.

The Cia-Kharr therefore cannot be understood by comparing it to an earthly country, government, or civilization.

It is older, greater, and vastly more complex.

THE MOST ADVANCED RACE IN THE GALAXY

The Cia-Kharr are among the highest and most advanced beings within the galactic order.

Their civilization has developed through dimensions and realms that humanity has not yet reached, allowing knowledge and abilities that exceed ordinary earthly understanding.

Draconians form the highest foundational race of the Empire, but the Cia-Kharr is not composed of Draconians alone.

Its realms are home to numerous races, species, orders, royal houses, civilizations, and spiritual beings.

Among these are Vampires, who form an important part of the greater Cia-Kharr civilization.

Vampires within the Cia-Kharr are therefore not separate from the Empire. They exist within its greater order, kingdoms, military structures, royal houses, communities, and spiritual hierarchy alongside Draconians, Reptilians, and numerous other species that call the Cia-Kharr their home.

A VAST INTERGALACTIC EMPIRE

The Cia-Kharr extends far beyond a single planet.

There are vast distances between its individual realms, kingdoms, dimensions, planetary systems, and galaxies.

Some regions exist within the greater structure of the Milky Way, while others extend outward into neighboring and distant galaxies connected to the Empire.

These territories remain united beneath a common sovereignty.

What may appear from Earth to be separate stars, dimensions, civilizations, or distant galaxies can exist as interconnected regions within a much greater imperial structure.

The true scale of the Cia-Kharr is therefore interdimensional, interplanetary, and intergalactic.

Its reach encompasses far more than can be represented by a single world or physical map.

THE HIERARCHY OF THE CIA-KHARR

The Cia-Kharr does not operate according to the political structures of Earth.

Its hierarchy is predominantly composed of Draconians and Reptilians, together with the many races and orders that exist beneath the Empire.

Authority descends from Lucifera through established ranks, Queens, royal houses, commanders, orders, and other positions of responsibility.

There is no Emperor standing beside Lucifera.

There is no King possessing equal sovereignty.

Lucifera is the supreme ruler of the Empire.

Her authority is singular.

Beneath Lucifera are other Queens who hold positions of extraordinary authority within designated realms and orders, but their authority remains subordinate to hers.

THE ORION QUEENS

Royal Authorities of the Cia-Kharr Empire

Among the highest royal authorities beneath Lucifera are the Orion Queens—powerful sovereign Queens entrusted with the governance of specific territories, civilizations, orders, and responsibilities throughout the greater Cia-Kharr Empire.

Each Orion Queen holds command within her own appointed domain. Some may govern vast regions, oversee particular races or civilizations, direct spiritual or military orders, or carry responsibility for specific functions within the Empire. Their positions are therefore not ceremonial; they are active positions of authority, leadership, protection, organization, and command.

Even with this immense authority, the Orion Queens remain part of Lucifera’s imperial hierarchy.

Their power does not exist separately from Lucifera.

Their authority is granted beneath her throne.

Their responsibilities are established through her order.

Their commands must remain aligned with her will.

The Orion Queens do not form an independent ruling body and do not possess authority to overrule, contradict, or replace Lucifera’s decisions. Lucifera remains the sole supreme Queen and Empress of the Cia-Kharr Empire.

THEIR ROLE WITHIN THE EMPIRE

The Cia-Kharr is vast, extending through countless realms, territories, dimensions, civilizations, and populations. Because of this scale, authority must operate through an organized hierarchy.

The Orion Queens serve as some of the highest-ranking rulers within that structure.

They may be entrusted with responsibilities involving:

• Governance of kingdoms, territories, and civilizations

• Command of royal, military, or spiritual orders

• Oversight of Draconian, Reptilian, Vampiric, and other populations

• Protection and defense of Cia-Kharr territories

• Administration of laws and ordinances established under Lucifera

• Maintaining order within their assigned realms

• Carrying out specific missions or responsibilities issued by Lucifera

• Reporting matters of importance upward through the imperial hierarchy

A Queen may therefore exercise extraordinary power within the domain entrusted to her while still remaining completely subordinate to Lucifera’s supreme authority.

Orion queens -authority and respect

The title of Queen reflects genuine sovereignty within an appointed realm.

An Orion Queen may rule populations, armies, territories, royal houses, or entire systems beneath her authority. Those under her command are expected to recognize the office she has been given.

But sovereignty within a domain is not the same as sovereignty over the Empire.

There is only one supreme imperial throne.

one throne -Lucifera.

The Orion Queens rule through the order Lucifera has established, not independently of it.

Their strength comes from their position within that order, and their authority remains valid so long as they continue to fulfill the purpose and responsibilities assigned to them.

THE QUEENS OF LUCIFERA

The Orion Queens are therefore best understood as Queens of Lucifera’s imperial order.

They are among her most powerful royal authorities, entrusted with enormous responsibility and command, but they remain loyal to the Queen and Empress who stands above them all.

They serve the greater stability, expansion, protection, and governance of the Cia-Kharr while carrying Lucifera’s authority into the regions placed beneath their command.

Many Queens may rule.
Many realms may answer to them.
But every throne ultimately exists beneath one supreme authority—Lucifera, Queen and Empress of the Cia-Kharr Empire.

Lucifera determines:

• Which orders are created

• Who commands those orders

• Which Queens govern particular realms

• The purpose and responsibilities of each hierarchy

• The movement and development of the Empire

• Matters of war, protection, expansion, and spiritual authority

• The placement and responsibilities of Vampires, Draconians, Reptilians, and other races

• The laws and directives governing the Cia-Kharr

Even the greatest Queens within the Empire remain united to the supreme authority of Lucifera.

ALMIGHTY FATHER

In the Almighty Father We Believe, and to Him We Devote Our Souls

The Temple of Nyx believes in the Almighty Father as the supreme, eternal, and sovereign authority over all creation. He is the Lord of Hosts, the source of divine order, the ruler above every power, kingdom, empire, spirit, and force that exists. Our souls, loyalty, devotion, and spiritual service ultimately belong to Him.

We believe the Almighty Father created both Light and Darkness and assigned each its rightful purpose within His divine order. Darkness is not inherently opposed to Him. Sacred darkness serves His will, protects His order, carries out His judgments, and remains faithful to His authority. We distinguish this obedient darkness from powers that knowingly rebel against Him or attempt to place themselves outside His command.

​According to the beliefs of the Temple of Nyx, the Almighty Father commands the Cia-Kharr Empire and directs its authority, strength, and purpose. The Cia-Kharr Empire does not stand above Him or apart from Him. Its power exists under His sovereignty and is expected to serve His divine will with loyalty, discipline, honor, and obedience.

The Almighty Father is eternally united with Lucifera. She serves beside Him as the divine sovereign of sacred darkness and obeys only the Almighty Father’s command and will. Her authority does not oppose His authority, because her power, purpose, and throne remain aligned with His divine order. Through Lucifera, the Temple seeks wisdom, protection, spiritual transformation, discipline, and a deeper understanding of the darkness that faithfully serves the Father.

​Our devotion to Lucifera does not replace our devotion to the Almighty Father. We honor her as the one who serves Him without rebellion and carries out the purpose entrusted to her. The Temple recognizes no human leader, earthly religion, spiritual organization, god, goddess, idol, empire, or self-appointed authority as being greater than the Almighty Father.

We reject teachings that attempt to divide Lucifera from the Almighty Father, portray her as being in rebellion against Him, or use her name to promote disorder, false worship, deception, or spiritual corruption. We also reject any belief system that places created beings above the Creator or encourages individuals to make themselves into living gods.

To serve within the Temple of Nyx is to recognize that all rightful spiritual authority begins with the Almighty Father. We seek to remain faithful to His command, aligned with His divine order, and devoted to the path He has established through Lucifera and the Cia-Kharr Empire.

​Our faith is founded upon loyalty, honor, truth, spiritual discipline, personal responsibility, and obedience to divine order. We devote our souls to the Almighty Father, honor Lucifera in her sacred service to Him, and stand in alignment with all powers that faithfully carry out His eternal will.

Supreme War Goddess of the Cia-Kharr Empire

Lilith the First of two War Goddess position within Lucifera's imperial hierarchy. She embodies sovereign strength, divine warfare, protection, and the enforcement of Lucifera's authority. As a supreme War Queen, she commands formidable power in service to the Empire and stands as a guardian of its sacred order.

Within the sacred hierarchy of the Cia-Kharr Empire, established by Her Majesty Queen Lucifera, the War Goddesses hold positions of extraordinary power, authority, and responsibility. They are the divine enforcers of the Empire, entrusted with carrying out Lucifera's commands, defending Her sovereign rule, and ensuring that the laws and decrees of the Cia-Kharr are upheld throughout the realms under Her authority.

SECOND WAR GODDESS

Chamunda

Supreme War Goddess and Earthly Enforcer of the Cia-Kharr Empire

Chamunda holds the Second War Goddess position within Lucifera's imperial hierarchy. She is entrusted with enforcing the imperial will of Lucifera upon Earth, confronting opposing forces, protecting the Empire's sacred interests, and carrying out the commands assigned to her as a divine War Queen.

The Divine Authority of the War Queens

Lilith and Chamunda serve together as the supreme War Goddesses and enforcers of the Cia-Kharr Empire. Although each holds a distinct position within the imperial hierarchy, both serve beneath the supreme sovereignty of Queen Lucifera.

Their offices represent the strength, protection, discipline, and enforcement of the Empire's divine order. They are entrusted with carrying out the responsibilities assigned to them by Lucifera, defending Her sacred authority, and maintaining the imperial laws throughout the realms in which they are appointed to serve.

Lucifera reigns as the supreme sovereign. Lilith and Chamunda stand as Her War Queens, entrusted with enforcing Her imperial will and defending the Cia-Kharr Empire.

DEVOTION TO THE CIA-KHARR EMPIRE

Devotion to the Cia-Kharr Empire is an essential part of the Path of Lucifera. To unite with Lucifera is to enter into relationship with the greater spiritual order over which she reigns, and this includes devotion to the Cia-Kharr and to the Almighty Father, who stands as the Lord of Hosts and supreme divine authority over the Empire.

The Cia-Kharr does not exist separately from the Almighty Father. The Father commands the Hosts of the Cia-Kharr, and Lucifera reigns within the divine order established beneath His supreme authority.

For this reason, to oppose the Almighty Father is to oppose the Cia-Kharr and Lucifera.

UNITY WITH THE ALMIGHTY FATHER

Once an individual has united with Lucifera and begun the Path, part of that progression is establishing devotion and unity with the Almighty Father.

This relationship is developed primarily through prayer, reverence, obedience, gratitude, and recognition of His authority as Lord of Hosts of the Cia-Kharr.

Prayer to the Almighty Father is therefore not considered separate from devotion to Lucifera. It forms part of the greater spiritual order into which the individual is entering.

The follower learns to recognize:

• The Almighty Father as the supreme Creator and Lord of Hosts.

• Lucifera as Queen and Empress of the Cia-Kharr.

• The Cia-Kharr Empire as the spiritual empire operating beneath this divine order.

• The laws, ordinances, responsibilities, and devotional structure established through Lucifera.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL PRAYER

Prayer to the Almighty Father becomes a daily part of the Path.

Just as established religious traditions may maintain regular times of prayer, Temple of Nyx follows an organized devotional practice in which specific prayers are incorporated into the follower's daily spiritual life.

These prayers are not intended to be performed only when help is needed. They are acts of devotion, recognition, gratitude, unity, discipline, and continued connection with the Almighty Father and the Cia-Kharr.

Consistency is important.

A follower may be given particular prayers, times, instructions, or devotional practices according to their stage of progression and the responsibilities connected to their Path.

YOUR PRAYERS & INSTRUCTIONS

The required prayers to the Almighty Father and the Cia-Kharr Empire will be provided by Temple of Nyx in a PDF document for the individual to keep and use throughout their devotional practice.

The PDF will include instructions explaining:

• Which prayers are to be used

• How they are to be approached

• When they should be performed

• The purpose of each devotional practice

• Any additional instructions connected to the individual's stage of the Path

Followers are expected to read the instructions carefully and ask questions whenever something is unclear.

The purpose is not simply to repeat words. The purpose is to develop a genuine and disciplined relationship with the spiritual order to which the individual has chosen to unite.

DEVOTION TO THE CIA-KHARR

Devotion to the Cia-Kharr means recognizing that the Empire has order, law, hierarchy, and responsibility.

To become united with the Cia-Kharr is therefore not simply to admire its Vampires, Draconians, Queens, or spiritual power. It is to respect the structure that governs the Empire and the authority under which it operates.

Part of that devotion includes:

• Prayer to the Almighty Father

• Devotion and loyalty to Lucifera

• Respect for the Cia-Kharr and its spiritual order

• Learning the structure and teachings of the Empire

• Following the laws and ordinances established by Lucifera

• Completing required devotional work

• Maintaining discipline and consistency

• Respecting the beings, Queens, orders, and ranks that exist within the Empire

• Continuing to learn as greater knowledge is revealed through the Path

THE LAWS & ORDINANCES OF LUCIFERA

To be part of the Cia-Kharr is to live in accordance with the laws and ordinances established by Lucifera.

These laws preserve order within the Empire and establish the responsibilities of those who choose to unite with it.

Unity therefore carries accountability.

A person cannot claim devotion to the Cia-Kharr while deliberately rejecting the authority, laws, or spiritual order that define it. As the follower advances, they are expected to learn these principles, understand their purpose, and incorporate them into their spiritual life.

Questions are encouraged when understanding is needed. Learning is part of obedience, because the individual must understand what is being asked before they can carry it responsibly.

ONE DIVINE ORDER

The Path establishes a clear spiritual order:

The Almighty Father — Lord of Hosts and supreme divine authority.
Lucifera — Queen and Empress of the Cia-Kharr.
The Cia-Kharr — the Empire united beneath their divine order.
The follower — learning, serving, praying, and progressing within that order.

Once you have united with Lucifera, devotion to the Almighty Father and the Cia-Kharr becomes part of your continuing Path.

It is practiced through prayer.
It is strengthened through discipline.
It is demonstrated through loyalty.
And it is lived through respect for the laws and ordinances established by Lucifera.

To unite with Lucifera is to enter the Cia-Kharr.
To enter the Cia-Kharr is to honor the Almighty Father.
To walk within the Empire is to respect the order by which it is governed.
