Temple of Nyx LLC, and Drakara Black, and its affiliated services shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or adverse outcome resulting from the use or misuse of products, services, Rites, Bindings, consultations, teachings, or other spiritual work obtained through this website. All purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Temple of Nyx products and services are spiritual and religious in nature and are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other licensed professional care. Individual experiences with spiritual practices, energy work, Rites, Bindings, and metaphysical services may vary, and no specific result is guaranteed. By purchasing or using any Temple of Nyx product or service, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts these Terms, Conditions, and Policies and agrees to release Temple of Nyx LLC, Drakara Black, and its affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
Temple of Nyx respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients, members, and website visitors. Information provided voluntarily through our website, contact forms, consultations, purchases, email correspondence, or other direct communications is collected only as reasonably necessary to provide services, process transactions, respond to inquiries, maintain records, and operate the Temple.
Temple of Nyx does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the website or process transactions, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or legal interests of Temple of Nyx and its users.
Payment information may be processed through third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, and Temple of Nyx does not directly store complete credit or debit card information when payment is handled by those providers.
Information disclosed during consultations, spiritual services, Rites, Bindings, or other private communications is treated as Confidential Temple Information and will not ordinarily be disclosed without the client's permission, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, threats, security concerns, or other unlawful activity.
Temple of Nyx takes reasonable measures to safeguard the personal information entrusted to us; however, no website, electronic communication, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Our website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for website functionality, security, analytics, payment processing, or other operational purposes.
Temple of Nyx services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, and we Do Not solicit personal information from minors.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Temple of Nyx reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to refuse, decline, cancel, suspend, or discontinue any purchase, consultation, Rite, Binding, spiritual service, membership, or other offering when it is determined that the request is inappropriate, incompatible with Temple requirements, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, or otherwise unsuitable.
Certain Rites, Bindings, and spiritual services are subject to individual approval and may require consultation before purchase or performance. Temple of Nyx is under no obligation to accept every applicant or request, and prior purchases or participation do not guarantee future approval.
Services may also be refused or discontinued for harassment, threats, fraudulent activity, deliberate misrepresentation, violation of Temple policies, failure to disclose information required for a Rite or Binding, attempts to bypass required procedures, or conduct that interferes with the integrity of Temple of Nyx practices.
If Temple of Nyx declines a service before any preparation or work has begun, any refund due will be handled according to the applicable payment and refund policy. Once preparation, spiritual work, customized materials, or a Rite has begun, cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the specific terms applicable to that service.
Temple of Nyx also reserves the right to determine whether an individual is eligible to proceed with the Path of Lucifera, Rites of Dedication or Devotion, Bindings, Companions, or other restricted services. Approval may be withheld or delayed until all required consultations, cleansings, preparations, or other conditions have been completed.
Payment Methods
Temple of Nyx uses Stripe as its primary payment processor for secure online transactions. Available payment methods may vary depending on the options offered through our website and payment processor. Payment must be received in full unless a specific payment arrangement has been approved in advance. Temple of Nyx does not accept cash, checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers unless expressly authorized.
Cancellations
Because many Temple of Nyx services involve personalized preparation, spiritual work, scheduled time, or materials created specifically for the purchaser, consultations, Rites, Bindings, cleansings, exorcisms, and other services identified as nonrefundable are not eligible for refund once purchased or preparation has begun. If Temple of Nyx must cancel or reschedule a service, the purchaser will be offered the option to reschedule or receive an applicable refund. Any approved cancellation or refund will be handled according to the terms associated with the specific service.
Customer Service
Temple of Nyx is committed to responding to legitimate questions and concerns regarding purchases, consultations, Rites, Bindings, membership, the Path of Lucifera, and other Temple services. Questions may be submitted through the website contact form or by email at info@templeofnyx.com. Simple questions may be answered without charge; however, matters requiring individualized spiritual guidance, extensive explanation, assessment, or review by Drakara Black may require a paid consultation.
Service Delivery Policy
Completion times vary depending upon the nature and complexity of the Rite, Binding, cleansing, consultation, spiritual working, or other service purchased. Some services may require preparation over several days or longer, and certain work cannot be performed until required consultations, approvals, or preliminary stages have been completed. Estimated completion times will be provided when applicable, but spiritual services are not guaranteed to be completed within a specific period unless expressly stated. Clients will be contacted when additional information, preparation, or follow-up is required.
Purchase Restrictions
All purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. Certain Rites, Bindings, Companions, spiritual services, and portions of the Path of Lucifera are restricted and may require prior consultation, eligibility review, or approval before purchase. Temple of Nyx reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict a purchase when the service is considered unsuitable, when required information has not been disclosed, when Temple policies have been violated, or when required preliminary work has not been completed. Restricted services may not be purchased simply because they appear on the website; approval must be obtained where stated.
REFUND & REVOCATION POLICY
Temple of Nyx provides specialized spiritual services, Rites, Bindings, Companions, consultations, and related work that may involve individualized preparation and performance. Refund eligibility therefore depends upon the specific service purchased and the stage at which the work has progressed.
Spirit or Companion Incompatibility
If, after a Binding has been completed, Temple of Nyx determines that a spirit, Vampire, Companion, or other approved being is genuinely incompatible with the client and the incompatibility cannot reasonably be resolved, Temple of Nyx may authorize a refund. A $50 restocking and administrative fee will be deducted from the refund for each affected Binding. Any refund under this provision is subject to review and approval by Temple of Nyx.
Nonrefundable Rites & Completed Work
When a Rite, Binding, spiritual service, or listing is expressly identified as nonrefundable, that policy remains in effect once the applicable work has begun or been completed. If the terms of a particular Rite state that no refund is available after the Rite has been performed, the purchaser agrees that those terms will govern that service.
Consultation fees are also separate from the cost of Rites, Bindings, and other services and are governed by the applicable consultation policy.
Revoked Bindings or Rites
No refund will be issued for a Binding or Rite that is later revoked because of the client's violation of Temple of Nyx rules, requirements, agreements, or conditions associated with that service.
When a revocation occurs because of a violation, Temple of Nyx will provide the client with notice explaining the reason for the revocation and, where appropriate, any requirements that must be satisfied before reinstatement may be considered.
Temporary and Permanent Revocation
A revocation should not automatically be interpreted as permanent unless Temple of Nyx specifically informs the client that the revocation is permanent.
Depending upon the circumstances, a revocation may be temporary and may require corrective action, additional consultation, cleansing, spiritual work, compliance with Temple requirements, or another determination before the Rite or Binding can be reconsidered or restored.
Where Temple of Nyx expressly communicates that a revocation is permanent or irrevocable, the affected Rite, Binding, or privilege will not be reinstated.
Cancellation by Temple of Nyx
If Temple of Nyx is unable to perform a paid service and the cancellation is not caused by a violation or action of the purchaser, Temple of Nyx may offer an appropriate refund, rescheduling, replacement service, or account credit, depending upon the circumstances and the terms of the individual service.
Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing a Rite, Binding, Companion, spiritual service, or other offering from Temple of Nyx, the purchaser acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the refund and revocation terms applicable to that service, including any additional restrictions stated within the individual listing or agreement.
**Individual Rites and Bindings may carry additional refund restrictions; the terms stated on the specific service listing form part of this Refund Policy.
Sitewide Protection and Conduct Notice
This notice applies to the entire Temple of Nyx website, including all pages, listings, products, services, courses, articles, images, graphics, videos, member areas, communications, and downloadable materials.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
* Copying, stealing, reproducing, plagiarizing, counterfeiting, or republishing our content, listings, teachings, products, images, or intellectual property without written authorization
* Making knowingly false, defamatory, or malicious statements concerning the Temple of Nyx, its leadership, employees, representatives, or members
* Sending spam, fraudulent requests, deceptive communications, or unsolicited promotional material
* Attempting to scam, impersonate, misrepresent, financially exploit, or obtain information from the Temple, its employees, or its members under false pretenses
* Harassing, threatening, intimidating, stalking, or repeatedly contacting employees, representatives, members, or clients after being instructed to stop* Attempting to hack, damage, disrupt, overload, bypass, scrape, infiltrate, or gain unauthorized access to this website, its accounts, systems, databases, communications, or member areas
* Creating counterfeit listings, fraudulent profiles, unauthorized copies, or misleading representations of Temple of Nyx products or services. Temple of Nyx reserves the right to block access, reject communications, terminate accounts or memberships, cancel services where permitted, preserve evidence, issue copyright or trademark takedown notices, notify hosting platforms and payment providers, report suspected criminal conduct, and pursue all available legal remedies.
**Spiritual Warning:**
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, counterfeiting, commercial use, or other misuse of the sacred works, writings, images, designs, teachings, materials, or intellectual property of Temple of Nyx or Drakara Black is strictly prohibited. Such conduct may constitute infringement, misappropriation, fraud, or other unlawful activity and may result in formal legal action, including demands for removal, injunctive relief, monetary damages, recovery of profits, attorneys’ fees where permitted, and other remedies available under applicable law. Temple of Nyx reserves the right to investigate and pursue unauthorized use to the fullest extent legally available. Any ceremonial statements concerning spiritual consequences reflect the Temple’s religious beliefs and are not threats of physical or unlawful harm, and only reflect spiritual consequences to the person who has created the violation.
