Any rite or spiritual practice that includes an optional finger prick or other contact with the participant's own blood is undertaken entirely by the participant's voluntary and informed choice. Participation in a blood-related component is not required when an approved non-blood alternative is available, and no individual will be pressured or compelled by Temple of Nyx to participate.

By voluntarily choosing to participate, the individual acknowledges that breaking the skin or coming into contact with blood carries inherent physical risks, which may include pain, bleeding, bruising, fainting, infection, scarring, accidental injury, and exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Participants are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them. Anyone with a bleeding disorder, bloodborne illness, impaired immune system, history of fainting, difficulty healing, use of anticoagulant or blood-thinning medication, or any other medical concern should consult a licensed healthcare professional before voluntarily participating.

When a finger-prick option is chosen, only the participant's own blood may be involved. A new, sterile, single-use lancet should be used once and disposed of safely after use. Lancets, needles, or other blood-contact devices must never be shared. CDC guidance specifically recommends single-use fingerstick devices and states that such devices should never be used for more than one person.

Temple of Nyx does not require, authorize, or encourage the consumption, exchange, sharing, donation, or transfer of blood between participants as part of this rite.

Participation remains a matter of personal choice and personal responsibility. A participant may decline the blood-related component at any time and request the approved alternative devotional or ceremonial method without penalty.

By choosing to proceed, the participant acknowledges that they have been informed of the voluntary nature of the activity and its reasonably foreseeable risks and knowingly accepts the inherent risks associated with their personal participation.

PREVIOUS OUTSIDE BINDINGS MUST BE APPROVED

Individuals joining Temple of Nyx who already possess spiritual bindings obtained through another seller, practitioner, conjurer, temple, coven, or spiritual organization are required to fully disclose all previous bindings before completing their unity with Lucifera.

This requirement exists to ensure that every existing Vampire, Spirit, Entity, or other bound presence is compatible with Lucifera, the Cia-Kharr, the individual’s spiritual path, and the Vampires and Entities already connected to Temple of Nyx.

REVIEW & APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS BINDINGS

Each outside binding will be reviewed individually by Lucifera and Drakara Black.

If the existing binding is approved, it may remain with the individual; however, the binding must first be rebound through Temple of Nyx so that it is properly incorporated into the spiritual order established through the individual’s unity with Lucifera.

The cost of rebinding an approved outside binding is:

$50 per binding

Approval is not automatic. Temple of Nyx reserves the right to refuse any existing binding that is determined to be incompatible with Lucifera, the Cia-Kharr, the individual’s spiritual development, or other Vampires, Spirits, and Entities connected to the Temple.

ALL PREVIOUS BINDINGS MUST BE DISCLOSED

Complete disclosure is required.

A person entering unity with Lucifera must identify all known previous:

• Vampire bindings

• Spirit bindings

• Entity bindings

• Companion bindings

• Deity or spiritual attachments established through another practitioner

• Contractual or oath-based spiritual relationships

• Other bindings that may affect compatibility with the Temple

Knowingly concealing an existing outside binding may be treated as a violation of Temple requirements because compatibility cannot be properly determined when relevant spiritual relationships have been withheld.

NO NEW OUTSIDE BINDINGS AFTER UNITY WITH LUCIFERA

Once an individual has joined Temple of Nyx and established unity with Lucifera, no new outside bindings are permitted.

This means that new Vampires, Spirits, Entities, or other bound companions may not be obtained through outside sellers or practitioners while the individual remains under the spiritual unity established with Lucifera.

This requirement is part of the agreement entered when choosing unity with Lucifera and must be understood before that commitment is completed.

REQUEST WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THROUGH LUCIFERA

Temple of Nyx provides access to many different types of spiritual bindings and companions. Lucifera is Queen of Hell and holds authority over the spiritual order through which these relationships are established within the Temple.

If there is a particular type of Vampire, Spirit, Entity, rank or companionship that you are seeking, you may submit a request to Drakara Black through Temple of Nyx.

There are often possible matches capable of fulfilling the qualities or role being sought.

You are encouraged to explain specifically what you are looking for, including characteristics such as:

• Type of Vampire, Spirit, or Entity

• Personality and temperament

• Desired relationship

• Protective qualities

• Spiritual abilities or areas of knowledge

• Companion or mentorship role

• Rank or royal status where applicable

• Other qualities important to you

Lucifera will determine what is appropriate and whether a compatible match is available.

WHEN A REQUEST CANNOT BE APPROVED

There may be circumstances in which Temple of Nyx does not provide or approve the particular type of Vampire, Spirit, or Entity requested.

This may occur when that type of being is incompatible with Lucifera's spiritual order, creates conflict with the Cia-Kharr, or presents compatibility concerns involving other Vampires, Spirits, or Entities associated with the individual or Temple.

In such circumstances, the requested type of binding will not be permitted.

Where possible, Lucifera may instead identify a compatible alternative capable of providing qualities similar to those the individual originally sought.

Agreement with this limitation forms part of the individual's unity with Lucifera.

PROTECTION OF TEMPLE VAMPIRES, SPIRITS & ENTITIES

Temple of Nyx reserves the right to protect the Vampires, Spirits, and Entities associated and united with the Temple and Lucifera.

Not every spiritual being is compatible with every other spiritual being. Certain combinations may create conflict, disruption, incompatibility, or conditions that negatively affect the individual or the companions already connected to them.

For this reason, the Temple will not knowingly approve a binding that is determined to create such a conflict.

These restrictions are not intended simply to limit what an individual may possess. They exist to preserve the stability, compatibility, protection, and spiritual order of everyone involved.

BY ENTERING UNITY WITH LUCIFERA, YOU AGREE THAT:

All previous outside bindings will be disclosed.
Existing bindings must be reviewed and approved.
Approved previous bindings must be rebound through Drakara Black at $50 per binding.
No new outside bindings may be obtained after unity with Lucifera.
Future companion or binding requests must be made through Lucifera and Temple of Nyx.
Lucifera and Drakara Black may refuse any binding determined to create spiritual incompatibility or conflict.

Unity with Lucifera establishes a spiritual order. Every binding that remains or enters thereafter must exist in harmony with that order.

Temple of Nyx — Terms & Policies

The following terms and policies apply across services offered by Temple of Nyx. It is the responsibility of every follower, client, and visitor to review these terms in full, along with any additional policies, FAQs, and requirements posted elsewhere on the Temple of Nyx website.

1. Responsibility to Review Terms & Policies

It is the individual's responsibility to review all Terms, Policies, and FAQs published on the Temple of Nyx website prior to purchasing any service or beginning any rite, working, or path. This includes visiting each relevant section of the site where these documents are posted and reading them in full. All rules, policies, and requirements of the Temple and of Lucifera must be understood and followed.

If any portion of these terms or policies is unclear, it is the individual's responsibility to email Drakara Black directly to request clarification before proceeding. Participation in any Temple service is considered confirmation that these materials have been reviewed and understood.

All current rules and policies are made available on the Temple of Nyx website. Should additional information, updates, or amendments be issued, they will be sent by email, and it is the individual's responsibility to read and respond confirming receipt.

2. Voluntary Participation & Free Will

Participation in any rite, working, path, or service offered by Temple of Nyx is entered into entirely by the individual's own free will. No person will be forced, threatened, pressured, or compelled by Temple of Nyx, Drakara Black, or Lucifera to begin, continue, or complete any service.

The individual chooses whether to proceed with any consultation, course, rite, spell, devotional work, or other requirement. The Temple will explain the requirements and expectations connected to any service, but the decision to participate always remains the individual's own.

3. Blood Component Policy

Certain rites offered by Temple of Nyx may include an optional component involving a single drop of the participant's own blood, drawn using a sterile, single-use lancet. Where this option exists:

• No other person's blood is used, exchanged, consumed, or required under any circumstance
• The blood component is entirely optional and undertaken solely at the participant's discretion
• An approved non-blood alternative is always available and carries the same spiritual standing
• No individual will be pressured toward using blood

For certain services, such as the Unity Acknowledgement to Lucifera, no blood component is permitted under any circumstance.

4. Consultations Policy

Consultations with Drakara Black may be offered as part of certain rites, workings, or paths, and may be conducted by live phone or live text, at the individual's preference. Both formats are conducted in real time and serve the same purpose; a live text consultation is not an email exchange or a series of messages answered at different times.

Once a consultation has been used, it is considered rendered and is non-refundable and not eligible for recompensation, regardless of the outcome of the associated rite or working.

No outside readings or psychics are permitted once you begin: Path of Lucifera. **See Policy #12

5. Multi-Day & Sustained Workings Policy

Certain workings offered by Temple of Nyx (such as multi-night or multi-day rites) require sustained, uninterrupted participation across a defined period. Where a working specifies a required number of consecutive days or nights:

• The full period must be completed from beginning to end, without breaks
• If the individual is unable to continue for any reason, the working cannot resume from where it was left off — it must be restarted from Day 1
• Any consultations included with the working remain non-refundable and non-recompensated, regardless of whether the working is completed, interrupted, or restarted

6. Permanent & Irreversible Workings

Some rites offered by Temple of Nyx result in permanent spiritual transformation that cannot be reversed or undone once completed. Individuals considering such a rite should reflect fully before proceeding, as these changes are lasting and irrevocable.

Temple of Nyx and Drakara Black hold no responsibility for any physical, emotional, or energetic effects experienced during or after such a rite. This includes, but is not limited to, symptoms such as nausea, lightheadedness, disorientation, or other energy-related sensations that may occur and recur as the individual's system adjusts. These workings are not a substitute for medical care, and any medical concerns must be directed to a licensed medical provider.

7. Spiritual Guidance Is Not Medical or Psychological Care

Drakara Black offers spiritual life coaching and guidance as part of Temple consultations. Drakara Black is not a licensed psychologist, therapist, counselor, or medical doctor. Consultations and guidance provided through Temple of Nyx are spiritual in nature and are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment or medical care.

Individuals dealing with serious trauma, a mental health condition, or any other medical or psychological concern should seek support from a licensed medical or mental health professional. Temple of Nyx and Drakara Black do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or psychological advice of any kind, and hold no responsibility for outcomes related to unresolved medical or psychological conditions requiring professional care.

8. Uncovering of Additional Spiritual Matters

In some cases, a rite or working may uncover deeper spiritual matters extending beyond what a single working can resolve — including prior blood pacts, agreements, or bindings made with spirits, demons, Satan, or other entities considered adversarial to Lucifera and the Almighty Father.

Where such matters are uncovered, a second working will be required, along with a private consultation with Drakara Black to determine appropriate next steps. Temple of Nyx and Drakara Black hold no responsibility for pre-existing pacts, bindings, or agreements discovered through this process, and cannot guarantee the outcome of any additional work required to resolve them.

9. Unity with Lucifera — Binding Terms

By entering unity with Lucifera through the Path of Lucifera or the Unity Acknowledgement to Lucifera, the individual agrees that:

• All previous outside bindings will be disclosed
• Existing bindings must be reviewed and approved
• Approved previous bindings must be rebound through Lucifera at $50 per binding
• No new outside bindings may be obtained after unity with Lucifera
• Future companion or binding requests must be made through Drakara Black and Temple of Nyx
• Lucifera and Drakara Black may refuse any binding determined to create spiritual incompatibility or conflict

Unity with Lucifera establishes a spiritual order. Every binding that remains, or enters thereafter, must exist in harmony with that order.

10. Violations & Revocation

A serious or deliberate violation of Temple policies, terms, conditions, confidentiality requirements, or rules connected to a specific spiritual service may result in disciplinary action. Depending upon the violation, Temple of Nyx may:

• Terminate access to courses or restricted materials
• Revoke Temple membership or participation privileges
• Withdraw authorization for future rites or services
• Revoke or terminate a Temple-issued binding where applicable
• Remove or terminate a companion relationship according to Temple requirements
• Revoke recognition or continuation of a rite where applicable
• Refuse future services
• Permanently ban the individual from Temple of Nyx

Any applicable notice of revocation will identify the reason for the Temple's decision.

11. No Outside Magic or Unauthorized Practices

All rites, workings, and spiritual instructions provided through Temple of Nyx must be followed exactly as stated by Lucifera and Drakara Black. No outside magic, spells, rites, or magical practices from other traditions, teachers, or sources may be incorporated into or substituted for Temple practice. There are no exceptions to this policy.

A distinction is recognized between learning or gathering outside information for the purpose of study, and actually practicing it. Exposure to outside teachings, when it occurs, must always be approached with caution, discernment, and deep introspection — and is never to be incorporated into one's daily spiritual practice within the Temple.

If there is ever uncertainty about what is or is not permitted, the individual must ask before proceeding. Temple of Nyx practices only what has been introduced and authorized by Lucifera. Should any new teaching, practice, or working be introduced, it will be formally explained and must carry the official permission of both Temple of Nyx and Drakara Black before it may be practiced.

This is a firm rule and policy of the Temple and can NOT be broken.

12. No Outside Readings or Psychic Consultations While on the Path of lucifera

Once an individual has formally begun the Path of Lucifera, no outside readings, psychics, or third-party spiritual consultations of any kind are permitted for the duration of the Path.

While on the Path, Drakara Black is the sole authorized source of spiritual guidance and consultation. This restriction exists to protect the integrity of the individual's progression, ensuring that the guidance received remains fully aligned with Lucifera and free from outside interpretations, influences, or information that may conflict with the Temple's teachings.

Any outside reading or consultation sought during this time risks introducing contamination — guidance or information that does not align with Lucifera's teachings and may interfere with the individual's spiritual development. For this reason, all questions, concerns, or need for spiritual insight while on the Path must be brought directly to Drakara Black.

IMPORTANT TEMPLE OF NYX BINDING & COMPANION NOTICE

Please Read Before Purchasing

A Temple of Nyx Companion Binding does not enslave, own, dominate, or place a spiritual companion under the purchaser’s unrestricted control. Companions are regarded by the Temple as sovereign beings with their own identities, personalities, boundaries, responsibilities, allegiances, and freedom of will. A Binding establishes a spiritual connection and companionship; it does not transfer ownership of the companion to the purchaser.

Companions offered through the Temple maintain their primary allegiance to Lucifera, Queen and Empress, and remain subject to Her authority and the spiritual order under which they serve. A purchaser may not impose personal “house rules,” commands, contracts, outside bindings, or requirements that conflict with Lucifera, the companion’s established boundaries, or the Terms, Policies, Guidelines, and Binding Requirements of the Temple of Nyx.

Companions are expected to be treated with respect, dignity, and consideration. Abuse, deliberate mistreatment, exploitation, attempts to enslave or forcibly control a companion, knowingly placing the companion in conflict with hostile or incompatible spiritual forces, prohibited outside bindings, or serious violations of Temple requirements may result in review of the companionship. When warranted, the companion may be withdrawn and the Binding revoked under Lucifera’s authority.

The Temple does not guarantee that every companion will interact with every other spiritual being or binding a purchaser already maintains. All existing bindings, vows, contracts, allegiances, and significant spiritual commitments must be disclosed when required before a Binding is completed. Compatibility and spiritual boundaries are taken seriously.

If a Companion Binding is revoked because the purchaser violated applicable Temple of Nyx Terms, Policies, Guidelines, companion boundaries, or Binding Requirements, the purchase is not eligible for a refund. Eligible purchaser-requested cancellations or returns that do not involve such violations are governed by the Temple’s applicable refund policy, including the stated 30% restocking and processing fee.

By purchasing a Companion Binding, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to respect the companion, their boundaries and primary allegiance, as well as the applicable Temple of Nyx Terms, Policies, Guidelines, FAQs, and Binding Requirements.

A Companion is not property. A Binding is not enslavement. Companionship is entered with respect, responsibility, and recognition of Lucifera’s authority.
