Unity Acknowledgement to Lucifera

A Non-Path Declaration of Unity, Respect & Free Will

The Unity Acknowledgement to Lucifera is offered to individuals who are not presently ready to enter the Path of Lucifera or pursue the Black Salvation, but who sincerely wish to establish unity with Lucifera and the Cia-Kharr Empire, and to participate in certain teachings, courses, bindings, companions, rites, and spiritual services offered through the Temple of Nyx.

This option recognizes that spiritual commitment should never be rushed. Some individuals may feel drawn to Lucifera and the Temple while still needing additional time, knowledge, experience, or personal reflection before deciding whether the full Path of Lucifera is right for them. The Acknowledgement provides that time, while establishing the spiritual and ethical foundation required to participate within the Temple.

What's Included With Your Purchase

• A formal Declaration of Unity with Lucifera and the Cia-Kharr Empire, made through your own free will
• A PDF containing the full instructions, requirements, and declaration needed to complete the Acknowledgement Rite
• a live consultation with Drakara Black (phone or live text, 30 minutes)(optional)
• Ongoing eligibility to purchase and participate in Temple offerings such as Rites, Bindings, Spells, courses, and other resources through Drakara Black and the Temple of Nyx, according to each offering's individual requirements
• An Acknowledgement that does not expire, remaining in effect unless revoked (see Violations & Revocation policy)

• $200 Binding Credit

Your Acknowledgement to Lucifera includes a $200 credit toward your next approved binding purchase through the Temple of Nyx.

The credit may be applied toward part or all of the purchase price, depending on the total cost of the binding selected. When you are ready to purchase your first binding, contact Drakara Black by email before completing the purchase so the $200 credit can be verified and applied to your order.

  Binding Credit: $200
Applied toward your next approved binding • Contact Drakara Black before purchase

This Is Not the Path of Lucifera

The Acknowledgement to Lucifera is not enrollment in the Path of Lucifera, does not constitute the Black Salvation, and does not automatically lead to the Black Salvation.

There is no requirement that an individual who enters through the Acknowledgement later choose the Path. The purpose is to allow the individual to learn, experience, participate, and develop their relationship with Lucifera without making the deeper commitment required by the Path. Should the individual later decide to pursue the Path, the appropriate consultation and invitation process must still be completed separately.

Unity with Lucifera & the Cia-Kharr Empire

Although this is a non-Path option, participation requires genuine unity with Lucifera and the Cia-Kharr Empire. This means acknowledging Lucifera, respecting her authority within the Temple, agreeing not to deliberately oppose her spiritual order, and agreeing to conduct oneself in accordance with the rules governing the Temple of Nyx.

Receiving access to Temple teachings and spiritual services, you agree to approach Lucifera, her spiritual order, and the work provided through the Temple with sincerity and respect.

The Declaration Must Be Made Through Free Will

The Acknowledgement requires a formal Declaration of Free Will to Lucifera. This declaration must be made voluntarily. The individual understands what they are agreeing to and choose freely whether they wish to proceed.

No Blood Is Required or Permitted

The Acknowledgement to Lucifera contains no blood component whatsoever.

• No blood bond is required
• No finger prick is required
• No blood offering, exchange, consumption, or other use of blood is permitted as part of this Acknowledgement

The declaration is established entirely through the individual's spoken or written free-will commitment.

What the Acknowledgement May Allow

Once accepted, the individual may become eligible for certain Temple offerings according to the requirements attached to each individual service, including:

• Spiritual bindings
• Approved spiritual companions
• Rites and rituals
• Spells
• Courses and instructional material
• Consultations
• Devotional teachings
• Member or restricted educational material
• Additional spiritual services made available specifically to acknowledged participants

The Acknowledgement does not guarantee approval for every binding and spell. Some bindings, rites, companions, courses, or services may carry additional requirements, consultations, eligibility standards, restrictions, or approval processes of their own.

Review of Temple Terms & Policies

It is the individual's responsibility to review all Terms, Policies, and FAQs published on the Temple of Nyx website prior to and throughout participation. This includes visiting each relevant section of the site where these documents are posted and reading them in full. All rules, policies, and requirements of the Temple and of Lucifera must be understood and followed.

If any portion of these terms or policies is unclear, it is the individual's responsibility to email Drakara Black directly to request clarification. Participation in the Acknowledgement is considered confirmation that these materials have been reviewed and understood.

All current rules and policies are made available on the Temple of Nyx website. Should additional information, updates, or amendments be issued, they will be sent by email, and it is the individual's responsibility to read and respond confirming receipt.

Rules of the Temple Remain Mandatory

Participation through the Acknowledgement requires compliance with all applicable Temple of Nyx rules, policies, terms, conditions, confidentiality requirements, and individual service requirements. This includes respecting:

• Lucifera and the spiritual order recognized by the Temple
• Temple teachings and protected materials
• Confidentiality requirements
• Rules governing bindings and companions
• Requirements attached to rites and spells
• Course participation requirements
• Copyright and intellectual-property protections
• Temple membership and conduct policies
• Restrictions attached to particular spiritual services
• Applicable laws and safety requirements

The Acknowledgement is not permission to receive Temple services while disregarding the rules that govern them.

Duration, Violations & Revocation

The Unity Acknowledgement to Lucifera does not expire. It remains in effect indefinitely, provided the individual continues to honor the rules, policies, and spiritual order of the Temple and of Lucifera.

However, if an individual breaks Temple rules or policy, or acts against what Lucifera has instructed, they are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including a permanent ban from Temple of Nyx. In such cases, Drakara Black and Lucifera reserve the right to revoke all Rites and Bindings held by that individual.

Depending upon the violation, Temple of Nyx may also:

• Terminate access to courses or restricted materials
• Revoke Temple membership or participation privileges
• Withdraw authorization for future rites or services
• Revoke or terminate a Temple-issued binding where applicable
• Remove or terminate a companion relationship according to Temple requirements
• Revoke recognition or continuation of a rite where applicable
• Refuse future services

Any applicable notice of revocation will identify the reason for the Temple's decision. The Acknowledgement therefore carries real responsibility, even though it is not the full Path of Lucifera.

Formal Declaration of Acknowledgement

I enter this Acknowledgement by my own free will.

I acknowledge Lucifera and establish unity with her and the Cia-Kharr Empire for the purpose of learning, receiving approved Temple services, and participating within the spiritual order of the Temple of Nyx.

I understand that I am not entering the Path of Lucifera and I am not receiving the Black Salvation through this declaration.

I agree that while participating within Temple of Nyx, I will respect Lucifera, will not deliberately oppose the spiritual order established through her, and will follow all applicable Temple rules, policies, terms, conditions, and requirements connected to the services I choose to receive.

I understand that certain bindings, companions, rites, courses, and other services may carry additional requirements, and that this Acknowledgement does not guarantee approval for every Temple offered binding, Rite and spell.

I understand that this Acknowledgement does not expire, but that violating Temple rules or acting against Lucifera's instruction may result in revocation of my Rites, Bindings, membership, or future access according to Temple policy.

I understand that no blood is required, authorized, or permitted for this Acknowledgement.

I make this declaration knowingly, voluntarily, and through my own free will acceptance.

After Purchasing the Acknowledgement

Once purchased, you will receive a PDF containing the formal instructions, declaration, requirements, and information necessary to complete the Acknowledgement Rite.

Agreement, Alignment & Companion Conduct

By participating in this rite, you are entering into a formal spiritual agreement with Lucifera and the Temple of Nyx. You affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow all applicable Temple rules, terms, conditions, policies, and spiritual requirements. You further acknowledge that, within Temple teachings, knowingly violating those requirements may carry spiritual and membership consequences.

You also affirm that you are not entering this rite on behalf of, in service to, or in active spiritual alignment with Satan, forces associated with Satan, or any other being, order, group, or current that the Temple recognizes as opposed to Lucifera. Because the bindings offered through the Temple involve powerful Vampiric companions who are understood to be aligned with Lucifera, compatibility with existing spiritual relationships is important.

Within Temple doctrine, these Vampires are not treated as passive beings subject to ordinary “house rules.” They are understood to retain their own will, loyalties, boundaries, and protective instincts. For that reason, any existing spirit, entity, binding, pact, or spiritual association that may be incompatible with Lucifera’s order must be disclosed and reviewed before the binding is completed. The Temple does not guarantee or encourage conflict between spiritual beings, and members should not interpret ordinary life events, illness, property damage, or interpersonal problems as proof that a companion has attacked or destroyed another being. The purpose of this clause is to establish clear spiritual alignment, compatibility, disclosure, and responsibility before the rite proceeds.

Please read the document carefully and completely before proceeding. Purchase alone does not complete the Acknowledgement. A formal process must be completed before your registration with Temple of Nyx is finalized.

Completing Your Acknowledgement

After receiving and reviewing the PDF, you will be required to:

1. Read the complete Acknowledgement and all accompanying requirements and
2. Complete the formal Acknowledgement Rite and Declaration of Free Will to Lucifera as instructed
3. Once the rite is performed, you will formally confirm through a email, that you have read the information provided, understand its meaning, and voluntarily agree to the applicable rules, policies, terms, conditions, and responsibilities. If you have any questions please email them at this time.

Once complete, you will receive confirmation from Drakara Black regarding completion and any applicable next steps

Complimentary 30-Minute Consultation with Drakara Black

As part of your Acknowledgement to Lucifera, you receive one complimentary 30-minute live consultation with Drakara Black.

Use of this consultation is entirely optional. You are not required to schedule or redeem it as part of completing your Acknowledgement.

The consultation may be used at any time in the future and does not expire. You may redeem it whenever you feel ready to ask questions, seek clarification, discuss your spiritual development, or receive guidance regarding your connection with Lucifera and the Temple of Nyx.

Included with your Acknowledgement:
One complimentary 30-minute live consultation with Drakara Black
Optional • No expiration • Redeem when you are ready

Important

Purchase alone does not complete the Acknowledgement to Lucifera. It becomes complete only after the required materials have been reviewed, your Temple account has been established, your voluntary agreement has been confirmed, and the formal Rite has been completed.

By entering unity with Lucifera, you agree that:

• Lucifera and Drakara Black may refuse any binding determined to create spiritual incompatibility or conflict
• Any prior binding, pact, companion relationship, or spiritual affiliation involving Satan, his associated forces, or any being considered opposed to Lucifera will NOT be allowed; your binding request will be denied by Lucifera and Drakara Black.
• Approved previous bindings can be rebound through Lucifera at $50 per binding, if approved.

Unity with Lucifera establishes a spiritual order. Every binding that remains, or enters thereafter, must exist in harmony with that order.

Non-Refundable Rite

This Rite is non-refundable. Once payment has been submitted and the Rite has been purchased, all sales are final. Because preparation, review, spiritual work, materials, scheduling, and other components may begin specifically for the individual participant, no refunds, cancellations for refund, charge reversals, or cash substitutions are provided after purchase.

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and accept the non-refundable nature of this Rite.
