ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO LUCIFERA

A Non-Path Declaration of Unity, Respect & Free Will

The Acknowledgement to Lucifera is offered to individuals who are not presently ready to enter the Path of Lucifera or pursue the Black Salvation, but who sincerely wish to establish unity with Lucifera and participate in certain teachings, courses, bindings, companions, rites, and spiritual services offered through the Temple of Nyx.

This option recognizes that spiritual commitment should never be rushed. Some individuals may feel drawn to Lucifera and the Temple while still needing additional time, knowledge, experience, or personal reflection before deciding whether the full Path of Lucifera is right for them.

The Acknowledgement provides that time while establishing the spiritual and ethical foundation required to participate within the Temple.

THIS IS NOT THE PATH OF LUCIFERA

The Acknowledgement to Lucifera is not enrollment in the Path of Lucifera, does not constitute the Black Salvation, and does not automatically lead to the Black Salvation.

There is no requirement that an individual who enters through the Acknowledgement later choose the Path.

The purpose is to allow the individual to learn, experience, participate, and develop their relationship with Lucifera without making the deeper commitment required by the Path of Lucifera.

Should the individual later decide that they wish to pursue the Path, the appropriate consultation and invitation process must still be completed.

UNITY WITH LUCIFERA

Although this is a non-Path option, participation requires a genuine unity with Lucifera.

This means acknowledging Lucifera, respecting her authority within the Temple, agreeing not to deliberately oppose her spiritual order, and agreeing to conduct oneself in accordance with the rules governing the Temple of Nyx.

Unity does not mean surrendering your ability to think, question, or make personal decisions.

It means that while receiving access to Temple teachings and spiritual services, you agree to approach Lucifera, her spiritual order, and the work provided through the Temple with sincerity and respect.

THE DECLARATION MUST BE MADE THROUGH FREE WILL

The Acknowledgement requires a formal Declaration of Free Will to Lucifera.

The declaration must be made voluntarily.

No person may be forced, pressured, threatened, or compelled by Temple of Nyx to make it. The individual must understand what they are agreeing to and choose freely whether they wish to proceed.

NO BLOOD IS REQUIRED OR PERMITTED

The Acknowledgement to Lucifera contains no blood component whatsoever.

No blood bond is required.

No finger prick is required.

No blood offering, exchange, consumption, or other use of blood is permitted as part of this Acknowledgement.

The declaration is established entirely through the individual's spoken or written free-will commitment.

WHAT THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT MAY ALLOW

After the Acknowledgement has been accepted, the individual may become eligible for certain Temple offerings according to the requirements attached to each individual service.

These may include:

• Spiritual bindings

• Approved spiritual companions

• Rites and rituals

• Spells

• Courses and instructional material

• Consultations

• Devotional teachings

• Member or restricted educational material

• Additional spiritual services specifically made available to acknowledged participants

The Acknowledgement does not guarantee approval for every offering.

Some bindings, rites, companions, courses, or services may carry additional requirements, consultations, eligibility standards, restrictions, or approval processes.

RULES OF THE TEMPLE REMAIN MANDATORY

Participation through the Acknowledgement requires compliance with all applicable Temple of Nyx rules, policies, terms, conditions, confidentiality requirements, and individual service requirements.

This includes respecting:

• Lucifera and the spiritual order recognized by the Temple

• Temple teachings and protected materials

• Confidentiality requirements

• Rules governing bindings and companions

• Requirements attached to rites and spells

• Course participation requirements

• Copyright and intellectual-property protections

• Temple membership and conduct policies

• Restrictions attached to particular spiritual services

• Applicable laws and safety requirements

The Acknowledgement is not permission to receive Temple services while disregarding the rules governing them.

VIOLATIONS & REVOCATION

A serious or deliberate violation of Temple policies, terms, conditions, confidentiality requirements, or rules connected to a specific spiritual service may result in disciplinary action.

Depending upon the violation, Temple of Nyx may:

• Terminate access to courses or restricted materials

• Revoke Temple membership or participation privileges

• Withdraw authorization for future rites or services

• Revoke or terminate a Temple-issued binding where applicable

• Remove or terminate a companion relationship according to Temple requirements

• Revoke recognition or continuation of a rite where applicable

• Refuse future services

• Permanently ban the individual from Temple of Nyx

Any applicable notice of revocation will identify the reason for the Temple's decision.

The Acknowledgement therefore carries responsibility even though it is not the full Path of Lucifera.

FORMAL DECLARATION OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I enter this Acknowledgement by my own free will.

I acknowledge Lucifera and establish unity with her for the purpose of learning, receiving approved Temple services, and participating within the spiritual order of the Temple of Nyx.

I understand that I am not entering the Path of Lucifera and am not receiving the Black Salvation through this declaration.

I acknowledge that I may take additional time to learn, reflect, question, and determine whether the Path of Lucifera is right for me.

I agree that while participating within Temple of Nyx, I will respect Lucifera, will not deliberately oppose the spiritual order established through her, and will follow all applicable Temple rules, policies, terms, conditions, and requirements connected to the services I choose to receive.

I understand that certain bindings, companions, rites, courses, and other services may carry additional requirements and that participation in this Acknowledgement does not guarantee approval for every Temple offering.

I understand that serious violations of Temple rules or service requirements may result in revocation of privileges, services, bindings, companion relationships, rites, membership, or future access according to Temple policy.

I understand that no blood is required, authorized, or permitted for this Acknowledgement.

I make this declaration knowingly, voluntarily, and without coercion.

I acknowledge Lucifera through my own free will and agree to honor the responsibilities attached to the spiritual services I freely choose to receive through Temple of Nyx.

AFTER PURCHASING THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Once the Acknowledgement to Lucifera has been purchased, you will receive a PDF containing the formal instructions, declaration, requirements, and information necessary to complete the Acknowledgement Rite.

Please read the document carefully and completely before proceeding. The Acknowledgement is not considered complete simply because it has been purchased. A formal process must be completed before your registration with Temple of Nyx is finalized.

COMPLETING YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

After receiving and reviewing the PDF, you will be required to:

1. Read the complete Acknowledgement and all accompanying requirements.

2. Create your Temple of Nyx account.

3. Request a live consultation with Drakara Black.

4. During the consultation, formally confirm that you have read the information provided, understand its meaning, and voluntarily agree to the applicable rules, policies, terms, conditions, and responsibilities.

5. Complete the formal Acknowledgement Rite and Declaration of Free Will to Lucifera as instructed.

6. Receive confirmation from Drakara Black regarding completion and any next steps applicable to you.

Once these requirements have been completed, Drakara Black will inform you of what follows and which Temple offerings, teachings, bindings, companions, rites, courses, or services you may proceed with according to their individual requirements.

Temple of Nyx recognizes that not everyone is comfortable communicating by telephone.

When requesting your consultation, you may choose between:

Live Phone Consultation — a private, real-time conversation with Drakara Black.

Live Text Consultation — a private, real-time written consultation with Drakara Black for those who prefer communicating through text.

The live text consultation serves the same purpose as the telephone consultation. It is not an email exchange or a series of messages answered at different times. Both parties will be present and communicating live throughout the scheduled consultation.

The consultation fee is the same whether you choose telephone or live text.

Your choice of communication method does not affect your eligibility, standing, or completion of the Acknowledgement.

YOUR FORMAL CONFIRMATION

During the consultation, you will be required to confirm that:

You have read the materials provided to you.
You understand the Acknowledgement you are making.
You understand the applicable Temple rules and requirements.
You agree to them voluntarily.
You are proceeding through your own free will.

Questions are encouraged. If anything contained in the PDF, the Acknowledgement, or the Rite is unclear, you should ask for clarification before completing your declaration.

The purpose of the consultation is not to pressure you into proceeding. It is to ensure that you understand what you are choosing and have an opportunity to ask questions before completing the Acknowledgement.

IMPORTANT

Purchase alone does not complete the Acknowledgement to Lucifera.
